Who is the management company for Brick Hope Greens and what are their responsibilities?

CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is our property management company. CAMS is responsible for paying the vendors that work in our neighborhood, property taxes, and utilities for the HOA, dealing with our vendors, managing assessment collections, and violation enforcement. How much is the yearly assessment, when is it due, and how do I pay it?

The yearly assessment is $345 and it is due by the end of each January. You can pay by check or online here.

What amenities are available to Brick Hope Greens residents?

We have a playground for children that is located in a park with a gazebo with picnic tables and a grill. There is also a dog park located at the back of the park.

What do I need to do if I want to make modifications to my property?

Any modification to the home or property that can be seen from the street or by your neighbors requires an Architectural Control Committee Request Form to be completed and submitted to the Board. Please review the governing documents, including the Rules and Regulations. Login to the Homeowners Portal here and select Submit a New Request.

Can I make payments on my assessment in advance?

You may login to the homeowners portal and make a payment at any time that will go towards your balance or you can arrange to have your bank send a payment each month.
